About the Designer
The Eric Michael brand is a part of the Laurevan Shoes group, along with other popular lines such as La Plume, Worishofer, and Lola Sabbia. The group was created by Paul Weitman in 1984 who believed in bringing “the philosophy of comfort, quality, and fashion” to the women of the United States. Even with the company’s growing success and popularity, their philosophy remains the same today.
The Eric Michael brand can be described as a laidback style with a variety of styles, color combinations, and materials to choose from. Beautiful espadrilles made of soft leather, suede, and hemp can be worn on a casual day with friends at lunch, or an evening walking the boardwalk.
